How SajuRead handles your information.

Information we collect

We collect the information needed to create and save your readings, including birth date, birth time if provided, birth place, timezone, gender selection, current location, and optional name or label. For compatibility or family consultations, you may provide similar birth information for another person.

If you create an account, we process your email and authentication identifiers through our identity provider. If you purchase a paid reading or Bokchae, payment information is processed by Paddle. SajuRead does not store your full card details.

How we use information

We use your information to calculate saju charts, generate readings and consultations, provide downloadable assets, manage Bokchae credits, process purchases, prevent abuse, maintain security, and improve the service.

Reading processing

SajuRead processes chart data and questions you submit to prepare reading text and follow-up consultations. Do not submit sensitive information that is not necessary for your reading.

Storage and deletion

Account readings and generated assets are stored so you can access them later from My readings. You may request account deletion from the My readings page. Deletion requests are queued and processed according to the notice shown in the product.

Cookies, analytics, and operations

We may use cookies, local/session storage, analytics, monitoring, and security logs to operate the service, keep users signed in, measure site performance, and understand how people use SajuRead.
